What will your e-waste EPR obligation cost this year?

Add each product you place on the Indian market. The calculator applies the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 targets, prices certificates against CPCB's band, and lists your filing dates. The lines below are an example; replace them with your own.

Your products

Sales are in tonnes (MT) placed on the market. "Selling since" decides which schedule applies: a product sold for fewer years than its average life falls under Schedule IV.

How the numbers are built

Schedule III target = the year's target % × tonnes you placed on the market one average life earlier (year Y − X). Targets: 60% in FY 2023-24 and 2024-25, 70% in FY 2025-26 and 2026-27, 80% from FY 2027-28. Certificates trade between 30% (floor) and 100% (ceiling) of the environmental compensation (EC) rate for the category.

Estimates only, not legal advice. Average lives follow CPCB's published list and can be edited per line; confirm item codes, lives and your Schedule IV basis on the CPCB e-waste EPR portal. EC rates from CPCB's August 2024 guidelines; the certificate price band remains under challenge before the Delhi High Court.
